Carrie Berlepsch
PERINATAL PSYCHOTHERAPIST
About Carrie
I’m a perinatal psychotherapist and advocate with a passion for supporting women as they navigate life’s many transitions—including pregnancy, postpartum, identity shifts, relationship changes, and the complexities of early motherhood. After walking through my own experiences with pregnancy, motherhood, and miscarriage, I believe that compassionate support during these seasons is not just helpful—it’s essential.
As a wife and mother of two boys, I understand the beauty and challenges that come with these life stages. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they reconnect with their strength, sense of self, and capacity to live with intention. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, reflective space where healing, clarity, and confidence can grow.
CORE VALUES
Connection, Agency, Curiosity, Authenticity, & Peace
What is it like to work with me?
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I take a holistic, values-driven perspective and will work with you to develop goals that reflect what matters most to you. Therapy with me is both supportive and practical—rooted in empathy, curiosity, and clinical skill.
I draw from my clinical training, lived experience, and evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Strengths-based therapy. I believe that self-awareness is the foundation for meaningful change, and I aim to empower you with tools, insight, and support as you navigate both internal and external challenges.
Why this work?
Becoming a therapist was always a “someday” goal—until life made the path clear. During a particularly challenging season, staying home with two young children during the pandemic, I reached out for support. In that process, I found healing in a space that was just for me—and with that, I also found purpose.
That experience ignited my passion to support others—especially women navigating pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum, and the early days of motherhood. I’m honored to hold space for my clients as they reconnect with themselves and move through life with more clarity, intention, and grace.
