PSYCHOTHERAPIST IN TRAINING

About Kailee

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Justice, and I’ve focused on social work ever since. Early in my career, I worked as a Care Coordinator supporting families and developed a strong foundation in collaborative, person-centered care.

I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work and am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s transitions with empathy and authenticity. Whether you are looking for preventative support, a space to process your experiences, or help reconnecting with yourself, I feel honored to walk alongside you in your journey.

CORE VALUES

Authenticity, Connection, Empowerment, Openness & Nonjudgment

What is it like to work with me?

My approach is warm, holistic, and collaborative. I strive to create a therapy space that feels safe, authentic, and human, where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. I value honesty and connection within the therapeutic relationship and believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and understood.

Sessions with me are grounded in empathy and curiosity, and encourage growth, self-awareness, and reflection. I value each person as a whole and strive to support you in exploring all aspects of your experience in a way that feels integrated and authentic. My goal is to help you feel empowered as we work together to navigate challenges and reconnect with yourself.

Why this work?

I’ve always been drawn to this field through both personal and familial experiences, and have been inspired deeply through working with such supportive and nonjudgmental professionals. Over time, I realized that clinical social work aligned deeply with my values.

I believe this work is meaningful because facing life’s challenges alone can feel overwhelming, and healing often begins when we feel truly seen and not alone in what we’re carrying. My passion for perinatal mental health comes from a belief that emotional wellness during this stage of life is often overlooked. Many individuals spend so much energy caring for others that their own needs can become secondary. I feel deeply drawn to creating space for clients to prioritize their own well-being, process the complexities of this time, and feel supported through both its challenges and joys.
